Hi everybody! My name is Anna and I am 28 years old. I want to share with you the journey I took when I decided to start the Kayla Itsines Workout aka BBG program. Not only did I lose 60 pounds, but I gained the incredible confidence I was always searching for.

An exhausting office job was where it all started five years ago. Only six months into the job, and I had gained 20 pounds!

It only went downhill from there. I started putting on weight very quickly and through the years, I had gained 60 pounds of fat and sorrow.

I tried to put myself out there and go to the gym, run, exercise, but by the end of every work day I was too worn out. I felt powerless and I lost control of my body and my confidence.

I lost my boyfriend, stopped talking with my friends, and became extremely depressed.

I tried numerous “diets” aka starvation plans. Let’s just say “an apple a day” won’t keep the doctor away. I tried nutrition drinks, expensive teas, and detox plans in the hopes change.

Those diets helped me lose a few pounds, but they cost me serious health issues that I truly regret now. Though I wanted to give up, I decided to start looking for a healthy plan that would get me on the right track.

I researched that a little exercise and a good meal plan could go a long way. So I was committed to finding a program that did both and SAVED TIME.

What was so special about this fitness trainer? How was her plan any different from the million others I found?

I wanted to make sure I was investing in a real plan. A plan that could change my life. Looking back now, I can say with confidence that the BBG Workout did just that.

Kayla Itsines BBG Workout Solution

I decided to take the risk and bought the Kayla Itsines Guide right off her website.

I received an email that included 3 pdf ebooks: BBG 1.0 (a pre-training plan is included which I will explain later), BBG 2.0, and the HELP Diet Guide.

I became even more excited after I received the materials.

What I loved right away:

  • A six-day workout plan that was detailed (I love being organized)
  • Only 30 minutes of exercise per day (piece of cake)
  • A 4-week pre-training plan (a plan for people like me that had not worked out in a long time)
  • Both high intensity and low-intensity workouts
  • Recipes with meals that you actually love!

The BBG program saved my time and brought enthusiasm back into my life.

What I didn’t love:

  • Needed to buy dumbbells and a job rope for BBG Workout 1.0 (extra expenses)
  • Needed to buy a foam roller for BBG Workout 2.0 (extra expenses)

I didn’t like that I needed to spend more money, but I when I found out that it was affordable I was really glad. Also, all these little additions it turned out really useful after I finished the program and continued my healthy lifestyle.

My personal Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Review of the BBG Workout ebooks

I loved the 4-week pre-training plan. If it wasn’t for those first few weeks of “easing into it” I would not have had the strength to keep going. Thank you Kayla Itsines.

BBG 1.0 (1-12 weeks) helped me learn how exercising can be really fun!

High-intensity workouts are written step by step. I loved how each day was different, but clearly explained.

The low-intensity workout gave me the choice to explore what I always wanted to do: yoga. You have a choice between walking, cycling, or anything that gets you moving!

I started looking at myself in the mirror for the first time in months and being proud of myself!

BBG Program 2.0 (12-24 weeks) was an amazing and challenging experience. I gained new strength that I never knew I could before.

I lost 60 pounds in 6 months and I never felt better in my life!

My Review of the H.E.L.P Diet

Another important aspect I want to mention: no exercise is good without a healthy meal plan. This is one of the many things the BBG program taught me.

The H.E.L.P. diet ebook that I printed out for myself, inspired me to start cooking.

The 14-day meal plan helped me find the balance I needed in my everyday life to feel healthy inside and out.

To be honest, I didn’t agree with all the meals and sometimes changed things around based on what I love to eat. The book gives you the chance to substitute different meals. I enjoyed that part since I’m not a big meat eater.

How the Bikini Body Guide Program Changed My Life

Here is my overall BBG program summary:

  • I didn’t get thin in a week like most fake diets or plans promise. I gained an incredible journey of hard work and self-respect because of the Bikini Body Guide Program.
  • I learned to not pressure my body into immediate results and be patient with the time and exercise needed based on the BBG Workouts.
  • I learned to cook amazing dishes and stay healthy along the way.
  • I gained stability in my life like never before.

The BBG Workout plan may not be for everyone, but it was the sure thing for me.
